A woman with a lifelong love of seeds and planting wanted to support her global online growing community to have greater access to seeds in their local regions & countries.

The Global Seed Source began in early 2022 with a list of Canada, USA, Australia & Europe seed sources that grew by the day, week and month, adding country after country and receiving suggestions and support from many of our fantastic global community members.

This seed initiative is a beautiful grassroots effort, filled with the love of seeds, seed security, planting and genuine community care— mixed with deep compassion for one another’s health, access to seeds and the thriving of our sacred earth for future generations.
